Do you need a break from this noi­sy, fast-paced and, at the moment, very over­whel­ming world? Then you’re very wel­co­me to join the Soul Care Cir­cle. A space whe­re you can sim­ply be yours­elf, among­st peo­p­le who focus on inner growth, mindful­ness and genui­ne con­nec­tion.

Here, tog­e­ther, we crea­te a safe space for meaningful encoun­ters. It’s all about genui­ne con­nec­tion, deep con­ver­sa­ti­ons, self-reflec­tion and the joy of being tog­e­ther.

Among other things, you can look for­ward to:

• Sha­ring Cir­cles, whe­re you can express yours­elf authen­ti­cal­ly
• Authen­tic Games, which playful­ly fos­ter con­nec­tion
• Gui­ded medi­ta­ti­ons or trance sta­tes for deeper insights
• Mindful­ness exer­ci­s­es that bring you into the here and now

Over a cup of tea, you can sett­le in peaceful­ly, take a deep breath and chat with others. Ever­y­thing is allo­wed, not­hing is a must, you set your own pace.

Every event is desi­gned and mindful­ly faci­li­ta­ted by me, Isa­bel. The Soul Care Cir­cle has been run­ning for almost 4 years, and I have been hol­ding spaces for groups for over 10 years – always with the aim of crea­ting places whe­re growth, heal­ing and self-expres­si­on are pos­si­ble.

Each cir­cle emer­ges in the moment. The con­tent isn’t fixed, but adapts to what’s pre­sent and nee­ded at that moment. This crea­tes a vibrant, intui­ti­ve space that meets you exact­ly whe­re you are right now.
